Shipping policy

We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). 

  • Free shipping (3-5 business days) on all US orders over $50: The Short Spine offers free Standard Shipping for all orders over $50 in the Continental USA. Destinations, such as Alaska and Hawaii, may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Package Tracking

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in your account.


Additional Shipping Policies 

  • In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. The same policy applies to stolen packages after they have been delivered to your destination.
  • If any shipments are refused from The Short Spine, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us at help@theshortspine.com within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.
  • If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, size, etc.), please notify us at help@theshortspine.com within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping is currently available worldwide, including APO or FPO addresses. The international shipping cost is a $50 flat-rate fee. Shipping times may vary based on destination between 6 to 18 business days.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties, and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at the time of delivery. The Short Spine may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
